Shaykh Rabīʿ (رحمه الله) wrote this ten years ago in October 2016:
In the Name of Allah, the Most-Merciful (to His creation), the Ever-Merciful (to His believing servants). All praise is for Allāh and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allāh, his family, his companions, and those who follow his guidance.
To proceed: Muslims know of the innumerable major deviations held by the Rāfiḍah.
Among them is their takfīr of the Companions (may Allāh be pleased with them) and other Muslims, as well as their exaggeration in the noble Ahl al-Bayt whom Allāh has absolved of the Rawāfiḍ and their extremism.
Part of this exaggeration is their assertion that the Imāms have knowledge of the Unseen and have control over every single atom in the universe! What, then, have the Rawāfiḍ left for Allāh in this universe? Indeed, they harbor doctrines of disbelief in this regard.
In these difficult times, the Rawāfiḍ have incited destructive wars in Muslim lands such as Yemen and Shām while they consider the blood of hundreds of thousands of Muslims lawful to shed. They corrupt the youth, converting them into Rawāfiḍ who share in their heretical beliefs and in spilling the blood of their own families.
They never stopped at these atrocities however, their deep-seated hatred drove them to launch a ballistic missile at Makkah al-Mukarramah, violating the sanctities of Allāh which they do not believe in and do not give any importance to.
The Exalted said regarding such actions of theirs: “And whoever intends (a deed) therein of deviation (in religion) or wrongdoing, We will make him taste a painful punishment.” (22:25-),
Their predecessors, the Qarāmiṭah, had committed similar acts of sacrilege. They slaughtered hundreds of pilgrims in the Sacred Precinct of Allah and His Ancient House. They took the Black Stone and installed it in their own kaʿbah within their stronghold of heresy, Hajar (al-Ahsa). This action by the Rafīḍī Houthīs is merely a renewal and embodiment of what their predecessors and masters, the Qarāmiṭah, harbored and dreamed of.
Husayn al-Mūsawī stated in his book “Lī Allāh Thumma lil-Tārikh” (For the Sake of Allah, Then for History), pp. 91-92, speaking of his meeting with Khomeini:
In a private session, the Imām said to me: ‘Sayyid Husayn, the time has come to implement the injunctions of the Imāms (peace be upon them). We shall shed the blood of the Nāsibīs, kill their sons, and enslave their women. We shall not let any of them escape punishment. Their wealth shall belong exclusively to the Shīʿah of Ahl al-Bayt. We shall wipe Makkah and Madīnah off the face of the earth, for these two cities have become strongholds of the Wahhābis. Karbala, Allāh’s blessed and sacred land, must become the qiblah of the people for the prayer. Thereby, we shall achieve the dream of the Imāms (peace be upon them). Our state (i.e. Rāfiḍī state of Iran), for which we struggled for so many years to establish, has come into being and nothing remains except the implementation!’
I say: It is plausible that the Houthīs launched their great fitnah in Yemen and against Makkah and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia based on that vile doctrine which Khomeini, the Rāfiḍī, falsely attributed to Ahl al-Bayt whom Allah has exonerated and purified from such things.
The Houthīs are driven to pursue their Baṭinī dreams of demolishing Makkah and Madīnah and changing the qiblah to the paganistic Karbalā which Khomeini, with lies and wickedness, describes as “sacred” while his Bāṭinī nature prevents him from applying that same description (“sacred”) to Makkah and Madīnah.
May Allāh make the hopes of Rāfiḍī heretics without success, protect the Land of the Two Holy Mosques from their criminal deeds, grant victory to Islam and the Muslims over them, and destroy their state just as He destroyed the state of their Bāṭinī Qarāmiṭah predecessors, indeed, He is is hearing of supplications.
